Return and Exchange Policy

Exchanges and Returns:

    LeCarle is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of its customers by delivering high quality jewelry and services and with the aim of simplifying the exchange and return process, we make it available. Please read carefully all conditions so that there is no doubt.

   Our system streamlines and improves your shopping experience, facilitating the process of exchanging and returning your products.

   Aiming at a respectful partnership, we have prepared a transparent Exchange and Return Policy, based on the Consumer Protection Code, for the following situations:

1. Exchange

   The first exchange is free of charge and must be carried out within a maximum of 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.

   All your requests must be made directly in our system via email  Troca@lecarle.com

   The products, arising from exchange, must be sent to LeCarle in their original packaging and without traces of use, with a guarantee certificate and the Invoice (even if the jewelry is a gift).

   Do not worry,  We are able to serve you in the best possible way.  

   If the product is returned with any discrepancy, signs of misuse, lack of warranty certificate and/or invoice, the product will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

   Refuse to receive the product and contact Customer Service if any of the following situations exist:
- Product damaged in transport;
- Violated packaging;
- Product not in accordance with the order.

   From the second exchange, the customer bears the shipping costs of the order. To do this, contact our Service Center:

2. Return

a) Return for Repentance

If you purchase a product through our online store and give up your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt, you have the option to return, exchange or receive a refund of the amount paid.

   Your request must be made directly in our system.  Troca@lecarle.com

   The products must be sent to LeCarle in their original packaging and without traces of use, with a guarantee certificate and the Invoice (even if the jewelry is a gift).

   Don't worry, we are ready to serve you in the best possible way.  

   If the product is returned with any discrepancy, signs of misuse, lack of warranty certificate and/or invoice, the product will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

   The value of the product will be refunded according to the payment method used for the purchase and provided that the conditions described above are observed.

Bank slip and online debit: The chargeback will be made to the current account within 10 (ten) business days, after receipt of the jewelry, as well as confirmation of genuine exchange.  It will not be granted credit to third parties.

b) Manufacturing defect

If you purchase a LeCarle product through the online store and it has a manufacturing defect within 10 (ten) days, the product will be replaced with another one as described in your invoice or a similar one, if it is not available in stock. , according to the Rules and Deadlines detailed in the law. 
   We can also arrange for the product to be repaired, as long as there is no evidence of misuse.

Documents required for return:

- Presentation of the Invoice and Warranty Certificate;
- Shipment of the Product in its original packaging, with no trace of misuse.

Products returned for manufacturing defects will be reviewed internally by LeCarle. If no manufacturing defect is identified, the replacement will not be effective and the product will be sent back to the customer.
